Developed in Cuba in the mid-1980s, this Habano 2000 Tobacco Wrapper is now produced in Ecuador. Habano 2000 grown outside of Cuba is a beautiful leaf with an oily appearance and dark, silky texture. It has rich, complex and bold flavors and toasty aromas.
As with all Whole Leaf Tobacco products, this leaf comes in proper moisture content for working, but additional moisture might be needed to make the wrapper more pliable and elastic for wrapping. All of our tobacco is sold by the pound. The price reflects the cost per pound of tobacco unless otherwise noted.

Nice wrapper, so far all leaves were intact, very few holes. Once cased, it has a very nice stretch and sheen, made some nice cigars.

very easy to work with and veins aren’t overwhelming. Beautiful color smells mildly spicy

Excellent tensile strength. Large leaf that’s silky smooth. My favorite leaf to work with thus far. However, make sure you allow the leaf to age a couple months before smoking. If you smoke it too fast, the burn line will go wonky.

I’ve used this wrapper quite a bit over the years. Easy and pliable to work with, but not enough to worry about it tearing. A slight spice, but not overpowering. Nice medium brown color
