These are some of the best shredders we’ve ever offered. Stainless steel construction with sealed bearings means this unit can be washed in a sink when the cutters get gummed up. Run hot tap water over the cutters and crank the handle several times to clean them. After cleaning, use a hair dryer or heat gun to dry the unit.

Love this shredder! Improves the quality of my smokes (hand rolling) and saves so much time and strain. Priced competitively to similar looking shredders from Europe, but the rakeless design is what sold me on this one. If I somehow lost it, I would buy this same one again.

I’ve had this about 9 months and have run about 8-9 lbs through it (Turk, and various Virginias) and it is very smooth running and an easy crank. I can’t believe it took me so long to move up from a 3″ shredder… they are like day and night. No clogs, and I keep a pair of hemostats handy to get the random stem out of the opening that sometimes gets missed in the thrashed tobacco.
If you’re wondering if you should upgrade from one of those $40 shredders, this one is sure to last over 3x as long and I’d be surprised if it didn’t last much longer.
