This Pennsylvania seed is grown in the Dominican Republic in 2019, Unlike most traditionally prepared cigars fillers this tobacco retains the full mid-rib.
Some additional preparation will be needed prior to rolling. Suggested to remove half the mid-rib before use.

Its really useless as a filler. You are just paying for the stems, very disappointed.

Well, after more than 20 orders in over two years, this is your first review, so I’m going to take that as a pretty good record. Everyone will not like every tobacco we offer. You finally found one that you don’t like.
As with ALL of our products, if you’re unhappy with any tobacco you buy from us, simply return it for a refund.

After many orders of whole leaf tobacco, I received a batch that I felt was not up to their high standard. I telephone them and they said take a picture of it and they’ll make a decision after which I returned the tobacco and they gave me a full refund with no questions ask I highly recommend whole leaf for your tobacco purchases. Yes, sometimes you might get something. That’s not up to your expectations, but they are always ready to make it right.

I bought some because it was cheap, frankly … and because I said “it can’t be that bad”. And it isn’t. It’s not my cuppa, as in something that would make up most of a blend, but it’s good to use like a “seasoning”. I added about 1/2 leaf to a mostly corojo blend in a 46 rg (roughly corona gorda size) to add darker, deeper and richer notes and I’d say it did the job for my taste. Your mileage may vary … etc, etc. Just thinking out loud … those of you with Piloto ligero, Peru ligero or ASP ligero might find this interesting as a blend component. I don’t like maduro often but this has a maduro look about it so I might try to use a good leaf for a wrapper. My batch of this PA leaf is super thick though so I’ll have to be careful
