Welcome to the forum. Feel free to introduce yourself in the Introduce Yourself forum. You may wish to scan through the topics in our Index of Key Forum Threads, linked in the menu bar. (Near the top, you'll find a link to a free pdf download of the book, Snuff, Snus and Chew, which is a distilled collection of smokeless recipes from the Smokeless forum.)

I know there has been a lot of chewing tobacco recipes posted on here, but what are some of the tried and true ones yall use? I plan on making my first batch soon with dark fired and burley tobacco.
Welcome, your question begs another question. What end product are you going for? Loose leaf like Redman, what I would call "dip" like Copenhagen or Skoal or snus usually in pouches?

Like Redman. I recently tried a 3/4 prune juice 1/4 grape juice recipe I located on here. I enjoy the chew but find it more on the sour/tart level. I did add brown sugar on the second batch which upped the sweetness but still a tart prune taste. Not bad overall. I am going to make a post to document in detail the different recipes I try, hopefully tomorrow. So any suggestions are much much appreciated.

I did locate a book on different smokeless tobacco recipes that was posted on here awhile back and have been combing over it intently.
