I’m thinking with the very high water content and lack of O2 will favor anaerobic organisms over mold, but I’ll keep an eye on it.I will be impressed if the vacuum-sealed, soaked leaf does not mold.

And let us know how it goes, I hope!No mold visible to the eye today, but there appears to be some gas evolution. I’ll open, smell, and re seal

I opened it up last night to re seal the bag. It smelled like wet partially cured tobacco ( shocking, since it is wet partially cured tobacco). And let us know how it goes, I hope!

Thank you! I think you are correct, there may have been the odd prilep leaf or two in there, but I think it’s mostly ytb.Looks like YTB to me. You can pretty easily scratch Prilep from the list of potentials.
Good point! Little Dutch was always much darker, I think you are correct!Photo 6, with the leaf spread out next to the… knifey like object, definitely looks like YTB (again, to me. Some of the darker stuff in the bunch may be little Dutch -the little dutch should look noticeably more narrow.
I tried to get a side by side of a YTB next to a little Dutch… lighting is bad with my phone in the basement here, but the YTB on the left is very similar colour to yours (irl). The little dutch is not in case and I could only get this little leaf out safely (should be around the same length or longer than the YTB).
You may have a mix in there… I’m just going off picture 6…
The aroma of Little Dutch should also give it away.Good point! Little Dutch was always much darker, I think you are correct!
